The Role

MSM is looking for a qualified, organized, passionate, and committed Account Executive in Ahmedabad for MSM team. The Accounts Executive is responsible for performing the day-to-day operations of the departments. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating with auditors, bankers and vendors.


What You’ll Do:

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping of all the transactions such as
    i. Month and end – year process
    ii. Accounts payable/receivable
    iii. Invoicing
    iv. General Ledger
    v. Payroll
    vi. Credit & Reconciliations
    vii. Bank
    viii. Cash
  • Processing vendor payments
  • Managing Petty Cash
  • Processing payroll
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Work along with other departments for reconciliation of accounts
  • Monitor and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Co-ordinate and complete annual audits
  • Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
  • Preparation of information for compliance related filing
  • Co-ordination with Auditors and Tax consultants
  • Dealing with banks & other vendors
  • To prepare regular reports and summaries of all accounting aspects of the company
  • To ensure all accounts entries are correct
  • Any other task assigned

Who We’re Looking for:

  • Bachelors in Commerce / Masters in Commerce
  • Min 2-year experience of working in a similar role
  • Candidate should have sound knowledge of general accounting and can handle all accounts
    related work independently
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Excel, tally and other accounting software.
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  • Must have good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to learn things fast.
