MSM Unify is looking for a qualified and confident tele-callers (TCs) to promote business development by working closely and building strong relationships with the students aspiring for international education, their parents, etc. to help make MSM Unify the top platform in its space. TC shall report to the Tele-Caller Manager (TCM).
What You’ll Do
- Calling on the assigned leads by TCM in a stipulated time while ensuring customer satisfaction on the general queries asked.
- Schedule country specific counseling call with the Tele-counselors
- Maintain and update database/CRM after every call made
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with potential international education aspirants and their parents.
- Know and implement company offerings for improved promotion and business development. Need to have ability of cross selling.
- Ability to talk and deliver the content over the phone/call positively under any circumstances until the call gets disconnected by the client.
- Should be able to convey benefits of the offerings of B2C vertical and explain them why it is better over choosing a common agent in the market.
- Skillfully communicate with clients to identify their needs and convey the same to the tele-counselors so as to provide potential solutions through MSM Unify portal
- Collect and share service feedback from the earned clients and thus referrals for the new business.
- Have a strong follow up with prospective clients.
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all transactions
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelors in any filed having very good communication skills in English, Hindi and local language (preferable but not mandatory)
- Up to 1 year of experience in the similar role is preferable but not mandatory
- Should be of outgoing nature and would like to talk to unknown people
- Ability to understand nuances of speech would be an added advantage
- Should be open to working in shifts.
