The Role 

MSM Unify is looking for a qualified, organised, passionate, and committed Business Development Executive to oversee and promote business longevity by working closely and building strong relationships with education agents, counsellors, and international education consultants to help make Abcodo the top platform in its space. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with potential business partners and client relationships 
  • Monitor market trends, identify, qualify, develop, and secure new business ventures 
  • Innovate and track sales initiatives to attract new clients and build new business processes 
  • Know company offerings for improved promotion and business development 
  • Collaborate with senior team members and different verticals to identify, secure, retain, and grow accounts while eliminating risks that may hinder growth 
  • Develop innovative policies and campaigns that can help shape the future of Abcodo across the globe 
  • Identify opportunities to discover new markets while nurturing existing partnerships 
  • Organize a database of prospective clients with relevant client details 
  • Expertly promote and pitch Abcodo among target recruitment partners and other stakeholders and clients 
  • Meet with partners regularly and conduct presentations and seminars 
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship within the business 
  • Skillfully communicate with clients to identify their needs and provide potential solutions through Abcodo 
  • A demonstrated ability to speak effectively to small and large groups in both informal and formal settings both in online and offline events 
  • Proactively generate ideas to build and develop business opportunities 
  • Cultivate relationships and partnerships to improve value-added services 
  • Recommend services that will make the company appealing to clients 
  • Prepare business proposals to generate more revenue 
  • Train staff with necessary technical and social skills for sales enhancement 
  • Work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all transactions 
  • Think outside of the box and take calculated risks to increase brand recognition and increase profitability

Who We’re Looking For 

  • Degree in marketing, business management, or similar
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in International Education, Sales, or Marketing
  • Background in edtech is preferred but not required
  • Experience in identifying opportunities and challenges for business development
  • Above-average to excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindu, languages in top student regions)
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Resourceful and compelling vision with a proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiatives
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Solid experience in sales and marketing, with demonstrated ability in brand communication, digital marketing, and experiential marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in at least one regional language
  • Open to travelling
