About the Role:


Reporting to the President of Educational Operations – MSM Higher Ed, the Chief Enterprise and Growth Officer will be part of the leadership team who sets the strategic direction for campus operations that include financial, sales, marketing operations, administration, and academic programming to ensure

sustainable growth. We are seeking someone who is entrepreneurial and able to identify growth opportunities by creating value-added services to achieve projected targets. Must have the ability to champion academic growth and development to implement online, hybrid and blended learning course design and models to ensure the continuous satisfaction of our students’ experience.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • To lead the Q College team and oversee the financial, sales, marketing, administration and human resource functions and oversee academic programming for college programs and needs.
  • To execute consultation with government regulatory and licensing agencies like PTIB, ICBC, ITA etc. to comply with applicable standards.
  • To provide financial budgets and forecasting based on financial data and develop forecasting from revenues.
  • To develop various new academic programs and provide modifications to all current programs.
  • To determine course schedules, and coordinate teaching assignments and room assignments to ensure.
  • To manage employees and instructors to ensure their growth and professional development.
  • To perform coordination of marketing activities to expand networks with the private and community sectors including attending trade shows, school orientations, business presentations of college offering to potential industries.
  • To measure student satisfaction and engagement to ascertain that the college environment promotes students’ success.
  • To provide leadership and develop collaborative relationships with employees, customers, vendors and distributors.
  • To prepare all requests for proposals (RFPs) and write grant proposals to obtain external funding.
  • To be responsible in overseeing student recruitment to meet forecasted objectives.
  • To represent institutions at community and campus events, in meetings with other institution personnel, and during accreditation processes.
  • To attend MSM Higher Ed Leadership team meetings.


Required Skills and Abilities:


  • Proficient in G-suite
  • Financial forecasting, managing budgets and presenting proposals.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities by handling multiple priorities
  • Must demonstrate strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Ability to increase local and international student enrollment


Minimum Qualifications and Experience:


  • An MBA or a relevant graduate degree is required.A minimum of five (5) years of private-post secondary campus management is required, experience in the post-secondary school sector is preferred.
  • Experienced with the provincial and government regulations and PTIB.
  • Experience in technology forward academic careers
  • Experienced and knowledgeable of student management systems and online learning technology.
  • Human Resources experience in hiring employees and qualified instructors.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience with PTIB and regulatory agencies.
  • Experience with online student learning platforms and curriculum development and programming.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading campus staff, students and instructors.




  • Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 CAD annually
