Manager Outreach

The Role MSM Unify is looking for a qualified, organized, passionate, and committed Manager – Outreach to develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with education agents, counselors, and international education consultants to help make MSM Unify the top platform in its space.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Community Outreach Team
• Establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with education agents, counselors, and international education consultants
• Leading delivery of plan who would be the target audience and innovative ways of approach
• Prepare presentations, processes and other documents for showcasing the work
• Ensure strong relationships are maintained with existing corporate. Seek new opportunities for additional sponsorship and private sector collaboration
• Meet with agents regularly and conduct presentations, seminars and spot evaluation sessions
• Providing weekly/monthly status reports of new activity
• Participates in strategy sessions and supports creation of content calendar, executes developed timelines, ensuring adherence to milestones and deliverables
• Manage the partnership process including, from initiation, on-boarding and on-going support
• Identify targets and opportunities to create partnerships
• To pursue opportunities for partnering with relevant institutions, foundations, community,overseas Education agents etc

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience
• High energy, positive “can do” attitude”, flexibility, high degree of intuitiveness
• Excellent networking skills
• Excellent people management and Team handling skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong research skills
• Open to travelling
• Passionate in identifying opportunities and challenges for business development
• The successful applicant will work well in multi cultural teams with diverse backgrounds. S/he should work well under pressure and be able to multitask. S/he should ideally have a good sense of humor. Flexibility to travel is a must.
