The Role

MSM unify  is looking for a highly competent, reliable, and ambitious Regional Head-South to join the team. The Regional Head must have excellent people skills, and knowledge and training in sales and marketing, particularly in the international education sector. The Regional Sales Head is responsible for conducting market analysis, managing a sales team, and improving company sales. Other responsibilities include generating customer leads and developing sales and marketing strategies that boost business for the company

What You’ll Do:

You will work closely with the Country Head-India will be responsible for developing strategies to coordinate and manage projects in line with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work and collaborate with higher ups to set sales goals for the company
  • Manage a sales team and oversee their day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies that meet or exceed corporate-set revenue goals
  • Executes sales action plans while maintaining high productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction levels
  • Manage and train a team of sales personnel
  • Brainstorm on plans that boost sales & achieving targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leaders, executives, or decision-makers in higher education institutions
  • Review sales expenses and suggest more cost-effective plans
  • Represent MSM Unify and pitch MSM Unify services to higher education institutions and agents

Who We Are Looking for:

  • Degree in marketing, business management, or similar
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in International Education, Sales, or Marketing
  • Background in edtech is preferred but not required
  • Experience in identifying opportunities and challenges for business development
  • Above-average to excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindu, languages in top student regions)
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Resourceful and compelling vision with a proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiatives
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Solid experience in sales and marketing, with demonstrated ability in brand communication, digital marketing, and experiential marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in at least one regional language
  • Open to travelling

Who We Are Looking for:

  • Degree in marketing, business management, or similar
  • Minimum 8-15 years of experience in International Education, Sales, or Marketing
  • Background in edtech is preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability and track record in sales and/or marketing in the international education and student recruitment sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, languages in top student regions)
  • Ability to influence, assist, and empower professional education agents and counselors to help meet MSM Unify’s business objectives relating to this stakeholder segment
  • A strong grasp and understanding of edtech and pertinent tools, technology, and applications
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics and expectations, thus driving a significant increase in revenue through agent relationships and partnerships
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
  • High-energy and compelling vision with a proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiatives
  • Strong presentation skills
