The Role

MSM is looking for a qualified, go-getting, and competent Sales Head – Global to join the team. The Sales Head – Global must have excellent people skills, and knowledge and training in sales and marketing, particularly in the international education sector. The Sales Head – Global is responsible for conducting market analysis, managing a sales team, and improving company sales. Other responsibilities include generating customer leads and developing sales and marketing strategies that boost business for the company.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Work and collaborate with higher ups to set sales goals for the company
  • Manage a sales team and oversee their day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies that meet or exceed large scale corporate-set revenue goals
  • Executes sales action plans while maintaining high productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction levels on a global level
  • Manage and train a team of global sales staff
  • Brainstorm on plans that boost global sales, and achieving targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leaders, executives, or decision-makers in higher education institutions around the world
  • Review sales expenses and suggest more cost-effective plans
  • Represent MSM and pitch MSM services to higher education institutions and agents

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the international education sector or related field
  • Master’s degree, MBA or any other related field, strongly preferred
  • Fluent in the English language
  • Experience with leading a team
