The Role

MSM is looking for a competent, organized, and ambitious Services Manager to join our diverse team. The Services Manager must be a quick thinker with an eye for detail. Knowledge, skills, and experience working in the international education sector is ideal but not required. The Services Manager is responsible for managing the services department’s day-to-day projects and tasks while ensuring that services are delivered following high standards. The Services Manager must be based in Canada and be familiar with working in the Canadian and international education sector.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage the company’s services, particularly the ones related to the country’s branch of the company
  • Manage and organize day-to-day projects and tasks regarding services
  • Conduct market research to ensure services are always relevant and up to date with current needs and trends of clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain high-quality service
  • Analyse current services and develop more value-adding services to be offered by the company
  • Train and guide staff under the services department
  • Routinely check services to ensure that they are being executed properly and effectively


Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management or business, preferably in the international education sector or related field
  • Master’s degree, MBA or any other related field, strongly preferred
  • Fluent in the English language
  • Experience with leading a team
