(May 2021) Matthew Larventz, a government relations professional and seasoned advisor in federal and provincial campaigns in Canada, has been appointed Vice President for Government Relations at M Square Media (MSM).
Larventz is experienced in securing buy-in from key decision-makers to help influence public policy. His career includes serving as a political advisor to a federal Member of Parliament and managing successful federal and provincial election campaigns. He previously worked at one of Canada’s largest law firms assisting clients in advancing their public policy and advocacy needs at all levels of government.
Larventz is an active member of his community, passionate about education he was an elected school board trustee from 2014 to 2020. He previously sat as a director on the boards of the Regional Association of Western Quebecers and the Quebec Community Groups Network.
He lives in Ontario, speaks English and French, and has a degree in political science from Carleton University.
At MSM, Larventz will build strong relationships and communication channels with governments, agencies and senior decision makers and key markets worldwide.
