M Square Media (MSM) welcomes Pavan Nirwan to the team as our new Director, University Partnerships-Canada. Pavan brings extensive knowledge and expertise in government relations, business development, and international education.
With a Master of Arts in Leadership from the Royal Roads University and a Graduate Degree in Business Development in International Education, Pavan has proven to be an effective and engaging leader with a strong reputation for establishing new and maintaining former relationships, including an extensive network of government, business, and higher education leaders.
Pavan’s professional experience includes serving as Director of Government & Stakeholder Relations at the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce, Senior Government Advisor for Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation, and International Education Lead for government trade offices in British Columbia, leading delegations of BC institutions to diverse markets and promoting the Canadian province as the ideal study destination. Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, Pavan’s language proficiency will be invaluable for MSM’s diverse clientele as will her fundamental understanding of Canada’s multicultural landscape.
With her track record in government relations, international trade, and policy development, Pavan is truly an outstanding addition to the MSM team.
